Research Associate
As a key member of DHR International’s team, Associates are responsible for
working with DHR Consultants on assignments to deliver exceptional results for our
clients.
Specific responsibilities for each search vary depending upon the client needs and
the level of experience and seniority of the Associate.
Typical duties may include:
- assisting in the development of the search strategy
- coordinating internal and external resources
- developing target lists of companies and candidates
- construction of detailed status reports
- analysis of company and competitor performance
- client and candidate communication
Our most successful associates will have the opportunity for growth into senior
level execution and consulting roles.
DHR is seeking individuals with strong organizational, analytical, and detailed
planning and project management skills. We are currently hiring across all levels
of experience in various offices around the world with a particular influence in
