DeYoung joins DHR International as EVP

DeYoung brings a unique blend of operating and consulting experience from well-known consumer businesses along with an established career in executive search to DHR.

DeYoung’s background includes brand and general management experience with Procter & Gamble in North and Latin America, senior marketing roles in large private equity-held businesses, and strategy consulting forFortune 500 and private equity held consumer driven businesses on loyalty and growth strategy.

DeYoung earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, graduating summa cum laude.
