DHR INTERNATIONAL PLACES MANAGING DIRECTOR OF TALENT MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES AT TD AMERITRADE

September 2009 – Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce the placement of Julie Staudenmier as Managing Director of Talent Management and Todd Luther as Director, Human Resources at TD AMERITRADE. Salvatore “Ted” Balistreri, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, and Marion Clune, Principal, led these searches for DHR International. Ted has now completed 30 executive searches at TD AMERITRADE since 1998.
Ms. Staudenmier joins TD AMERITRADE from American Express where she served as Vice President Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition. There she led a global, cross-discipline team to ensure recruitment and development of top leadership talent, from front-line through executive levels.
Mr. Luther joins from HUMANeX Ventures where he served as a Senior Consultant. He was responsible for new business development, client relationships and project management. Before that he was Vice President of Human Resources at First Data Corporation for 10 years.
