Joan Gee brings more than 25 years of strategic-level consulting and executive recruiting expertise to her healthcare clients. 

Prior to joining DHR International, Joan served as Senior Vice President for Tyler & Company, where she focused on the complex needs surrounding healthcare, resulting in a diverse portfolio of searches and candidates for hospitals, physician group practices, and healthcare systems across the nation – from Chief Executive Officers and Chief Medical Officers to Vice Presidents and Administrators. Previously, Joan served as Partner of Talent Acquisition Services at Tatum, a US-based firm that specializes across all industries in finance and technology and offers interim leadership, executive search, project staffing and consulting. There, she centralized and consolidated the firm’s recruitment function and served clients with their C-suite interim and permanent leadership needs. Joan also developed corporate policies and procedures for this recruiting division, which affected 37 offices nationwide. She was charged with hiring more than 700 CFOs and CIOs within three years.

Prior to Tatum, Joan worked 12 years between KPMG and Accenture. At KPMG, she conducted financial feasibility studies for healthcare providers. She also led the internal recruitment of executives into KPMG’s healthcare practice. Joan was instrumental in recruiting consultants for KPMG’s National Healthcare Strategy Practice, which grew to more than 110 professionals during her tenure. At Accenture, Joan was responsible for partner hiring across many industries.

While originally from Upstate New York, Joan was raised in Central Florida and has lived in Atlanta for more than 25 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from University of Central Florida. Joan enjoys volunteering in her community. < Read less
