Ramona Kühnel-Linnemann is a Partner at DHR International and member of the Financial Services Practice Group, based in the firm’s Frankfurt and London offices.
Ramona joined DHR International Neumann in 2016 and has more than fifteen years of executive search experience and specialises in senior executive mandates in the banking, industrial and technology sectors, working with clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. A specialist in labour and contract law, Ramona also offers her clients management consulting in addition to her executive search expertise.
Ramona is a strong supporter of equal opportunity for women in executive positions. She is a well-known advocate for respective initiatives and has published numerous articles on this subject.
Prior to joining DHR International, Ramona served as owner at Kühnel Human Capital, Bad Homburg, where she acted as management and personnel consultant. Prior to this, she has also held the position of management and personnel consultant at TopTalent Management Consultants where she gained end to end executive search experience and later took the position of partner. Ramona has also served at IKP GmbH in Berlin as a consultant and head of research.
Before joining the executive search industry, with a background in law, Ramona acted as a consultant at a well known, reputable private bank offering council on civil and bank-law issues and also served as Head of Complaint Management at a large trading firm.
