Godfrey Associates, Ltd., a boutique executive search firm he founded in 1994.  There, he specialized in the education industry, including schools of medicine, business, arts and sciences, and university administration.  His functional expertise encompasses chancellors, presidents, chief academic officers, deans, chairpersons, associate deans, directors, associate directors, managers, advisors, and librarians.  Robert has over thirty years’ experience as an executive search consultant.  Some of his prominent clients include Kellogg School of Management, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and DePaul University.

Robert’s search background extends beyond the education arena.  He has recruited senior management talent across the industry spectrum of both large- and small-cap companies, healthcare organizations, and not-for-profit associations.  Some examples of these are Monsanto, Emerson, University of Illinois, and the University of Missouri, Paraquad, and Provident.
