Mr. Rabinowitz serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the firm’s Seattle, WA office with a focus on the Pacific Northwest.  Additionally, he serves on DHR’s Life Sciences, Advanced Technology and Healthcare Practices. 
 
Mr. Rabinowitz’s 12+ years of experience in executive recruitment has provided him with a wealth of senior level contacts in multiple industries. His clients have ranged from blue chip Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start ups.  He has a proven record of success in placing C-level and senior management executives in telecommunications, biotech, healthcare, technology, medical device, and consumer goods and services companies.
 
Prior to joining DHR, Mr. Rabinowitz ran the internal recruiting function for the cosmetic dental industry leader Discus Dental in Los Angeles, CA. Discus Dental hired him to build a high performing talent acquisition system, to support the company’s growth as well as to serve as a member of the Human Resource management team.
 
Starting his search career in New York City, Mr. Rabinowitz’s early positions at such boutique firms as Pinnacle Solutions, Creative Management Strategies and Onpoint Partners, established his ability to facilitate both regional and national searches.
 
Mr. Rabinowitz brings to DHR strong communication skills honed during his time working with a variety of media including national television. His involvement in business and philanthropic communications continues to expand his extensive Pacific Northwest and national network.
 
Mr. Rabinowitz’s professional organization affiliations include serving as a board member of the Seattle chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth as well as a variety of civic boards and committees. He is also a member of the national leadership organization, Vistage.
 
Mr. Rabinowitz is married with one daughter.
