Margaret Dillon serves as Vice President in the firm’s Singapore office, having transferred from the Hong Kong office in October 2008. She has almost a decade of experience in executive search, including several years with one of Asia’s leading regional search firms, Executive Access Limited, based in Hong Kong and a shorter tenure in the Sydney office of Korn/Ferry International.  Ms. Dillon joined DHR International in September 2004.  As one of the original staff members in the region, she has been instrumental in developing the local base of this regional business as well as the organization’s reach into Asia Pacific, making the region one of company’s fastest growing and best performing operations.

Ms. Dillon’s functional experience in search covers all levels of management including Board Level, Chief Executive Officers and all functional areas reporting to that position. Her industry experience includes advanced technology, industrial manufacturing, consumer & retail and management consulting as well as many other sectors. She covers the Asian region and has experience in Greater China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia as well as Australia.

Prior to commencing her career in executive search, Ms. Dillon’s experience included over a decade with Australia’s largest telecommunications provider working in various functions including account, project and general management.  Subsequent to this, she specialized in consulting to various industries, in all elements of call center design, development and management for a number of multinational clients.

Currently residing in Singapore, Ms. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours), from Monash University, Melbourne, majoring in Marketing. She also holds a Diploma of Marketing Research from the Marketing Research Society of Australia.
