Donna Pratt, MD, MSEH serves as Executive Vice President, and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. A vital part of DHR International’s expanding Healthcare Practice, Dr. Pratt is responsible for the recruitment and placement of a variety of healthcare professionals including physician executives such as Chief Medical Officers, Medical Directors and VPMAs, among others. DHR’s Healthcare Practice group of consultants successfully places highly qualified, experienced professionals at hospitals and health systems, not-for-profit community hospitals, group practices, managed care, and other providers in the healthcare industry at large.
Prior to DHR, Dr. Pratt served as Staff Physician in the Occupational Medicine Department of Arnett Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana. She was responsible for providing employee healthcare through Worker’s Compensation referrals for light, medium and heavy industries. The Occupational Medicine Department at Arnett Clinic, indiana’s largest multi-specialty clinic at the time, provided multiple services for over a hundred companies in the surrounding counties.
Dr. Pratt graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s Occupational & Environmental Medicine Residency Program, serving as the Chief Resident of Occupational Medicine during her Residency. She achieved her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine, and obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Health during the Occupational Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Pratt is the lead physician in the physician executive search practice specializing in placing physician executives, practicing physicians, C-suite healthcare executives, Chief Medical Officers, Departmental Chairs and senior healthcare leaders, among others. Clients are based in Hospital Systems, Medical Schools, Academia, Insurance and Industry.
