Charlie Fang serves as Executive Vice President in DHR International’s Taipei office.
Mr. Fang has been in the Executive Search profession since 2000 and focuses on Advanced Technology. He has been highly mobile between Taiwan and China to serve his clients’ needs for the past 8 years. Mr. Fang’s executive recruitment experiences comprise general management and senior level functional management positions including Sales and Marketing; R&D and Manufacturing; Business Development and Supply Chain; Finance and Operations; Information Technology; and Human Resources.
Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Fang was a Vice General Manager at Mangayao Consulting Co., Ltd. He led a team to serve multinational companies specializing in Semiconductor, Information Technology, Hardware and Software. During his tenure, he maintained a strong track record with key clients as well as developed the company’s executive search capacity.
Previously, Mr. Fang was Director of Amrop Hever Taiwan, serving clients in the firm’s Technology practice. He supported business operations and search execution in Shanghai, Taipei and Hsin Chu Scientific Park. While working at the company, he accumulated proficient knowledge of China’s local market and its candidates.
Before that, Mr. Fang started his search career at a Taiwan-based firm. Over the course of several years, he filled a variety of engineering and management positions for global leaders in the Electronic Design Automation, Chip Design & Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunication industries.
Mr. Fang holds a Masters of Business Administration in International Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
