Tom Goodrich serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Chicago office. 

Tom has broad-based experience in executive search serving many industries and functions on a domestic and international level.  He has successfully completed C-level, President, Vice President, Sales and Director-level searches for clients in Financial Services, Banking, Professional Services and Industrial.

Tom establishes himself as a manager and trusted partner to his clients through his consultative approach, strong work ethic, and extensive professional network.  During the discovery process, Tom strives to gain an accurate understanding of his clients’ critical success factors and long-term business strategies.  This allows him to apply his operational background and leadership assessment skills into talent acquisition and candidate identification.

Tom’s primary focus throughout the search process is to manage and conduct custom recruiting solutions tailored specifically to meet his clients need.

Prior to joining DHR International, Tom was President and Chief Operating Officer of Service Tool International, a privately-held, global manufacturer with sales in over 40 countries.  Tom began his career at Service Tool in sales and worked from the ground up to become President & Chief Operating Officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors. 

Mr. Goodrich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Drake University.
Tom and his wife reside in Winnetka, Illinois and have four children.  He is involved in the community, including holding Board of Director positions for various philanthropic and private companies.
