Marcey Rubin Stamas is a senior client partner and managing director in DHR International’s Retail/Consumer Practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago global headquarters. Marcey joined DHR International in 1998 and has been instrumental in the expansion of the Retail/Consumer Practice for DHR. She additionally is a member of DHR International’s Board of Directors.

With more than 20 years in the executive search industry, Marcey has successfully completed more than 600 executive searches for leading retail, wholesale, consumer product and hospitality companies and has led the development of the For Profit Education Sector at DHR International.

Marcey is recognized as one of the firm’s leading consultants, and serves as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to clients and candidates. Well regarded for her extensive market knowledge, unparalleled sense of urgency, exceptional execution skills, integrity, confidentiality and attention to culture fit, she has conducted numerous searches at the CEO, board and officer level for world renowned retail, wholesale, e-commerce, fashion, beauty and consumer brands, as well as for-profit education companies and private equity firms.
