Flowers Joins DHR International as Managing Partner

Atlanta, Georgia – Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce that Ed Flowers has joined the firm as Managing Partner in the Atlanta office. Flowers brings more than 35 years of senior-level Human Resources experience to DHR International.
Prior to joining DHR International, Flowers served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for World Kitchen (Corelle Brands, LLC) in December 2011. In this role, he provided human resources leadership globally with a primary focus on executive compensation, total rewards, talent management, organizational capability and employee engagement strategies to ultimately provide a competitive human capital advantage.
Previously, Flowers was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for the Russell Corporation. There he was responsible for the overall global human resources function for the corporations' 16,000 employees reporting directly to the CEO. Flowers served as the Global Vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer for Merisant Company (a spin-off of Monsanto) and was Global Vice President of Human Resources at Monsanto Agriculture Co. At Merisant and Russell, Flowers designed global talent management process that was considered progressive and best in class, key differentiation was the usage of firms and development processes to anticipate needs.
A native of Greensboro, N.C., Flowers holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. He has also completed an Executive Management Program at Wharton School of Business and Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan.
