Kathryn Ullrich Joins Executive Search Firm DHR International as Managing Partner

SAN FRANCISCO (September 22, 2021) – Kathryn Ullrich has joined DHR International as a Managing Partner in the Silicon Valley office and is a member of the Technology, Private Equity, Professional Services, and Diversity Practice Groups. She is a proactive executive search consultant who partners with technology, software and services corporations, and venture-backed companies to recruit senior level (c-suite) executives in dynamic and disruptive companies.
Ullrich focuses on leaders with skills in disruptive and highly innovative technologies such as AI, autonomous vehicles/future mobility, cloud services, cybersecurity, data analytics, fintech/payments, health-tech, IoT, SaaS, and more. Her approach to recruiting leaders in disruptive industries sets her apart from other search consultants. With a background in engineering and strategy consulting, her clients trust her collaborative, rapid search process, which reduces unconscious bias and engages all key stakeholders to ensure a great technical and cultural fit.

With more than twenty years of delivering outstanding search results for her clients, Ullrich has been an executive search consultant within major global search firms as well as owning and operating her Silicon Valley based boutique search firm. Prior to headhunting, she worked in software product marketing at Siebel Systems (now Oracle), strategy consulting at Accenture, and engineering at GTE (now Verizon) and Motorola.
A passionate advocate for diversity, Ullrich founded a Silicon Valley non-profit for women in technology and actively works with clients on increasing diversity in technology.
Ullrich has a B.S. cum laude in electrical engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA with top honors from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
