Newpoff, Lake join DHR International

CHICAGO (Aug. 19, 2013) – Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce the acquisition of BeechTree Partners, a Chicago based boutique search firm. Joining DHR are BeechTree’s Founder and President Brad Newpoff and Senior Vice President Courtney Lake.
BeechTree Partners was established in 1997 by Newpoff and specialized in healthcare, technology, financial services, not-for-profit and higher education search.
“Brad and Courtney will be valued members of the healthcare and financial services practices. Their experience is an asset to our already strong healthcare practice and we’re excited to see new opportunities arise from their addition,” said Geoff Hoffmann, CEO of DHR International.
Newpoff joins DHR as an executive vice president in the firm’s Chicago headquarters. He is an active member of the Americans Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Health Care Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is also a Certified Personal Consultant (CPC). Newpoff is an alumnus of Western Reserve Academy. He graduated in Business Administration and Journalism from The Ohio State University. He also completed executive course work in Health Care Administration at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Lake joins as executive vice president in the firm’s Nashville office. She brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience to the firm and specializes in healthcare, both payer and provider, traditional insurance and financial services industries. Prior to working in executive search, she held leadership roles in talent acquisition within several prominent managed care, financial services and insurance companies. Prior to joining the search industry, Lake was in commercial banking and was a finance officer for the US Army. She received her degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
