Alison Tringale specializes in operational roles and has built her reputation identifying talent with an emphasis on performance, potential, and culture fit.
Alison is a member of DHR International’s Business & Professional Services and Industrial Practice Groups. She has worked with firms of all sizes, including Big 4, middle market, and boutique companies in the Business & Professional Services space and has extensive experience with a wide range of Industrial clients including large Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly Clark, WestRock, Georgia-Pacific, Schneider Electric, Ingersoll Rand, and AGCO.
Previously, Alison was the Founder and CEO of boutique search firm Kenna Group, supporting companies in attracting and retaining top talent. Kenna Group operated as two distinct platforms; a recruitment branch finding top talent for client’s procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain positions, and a consulting division focusing on organizational culture.
Prior to her career in executive search, Alison worked for Accenture in their Management Consulting practice, where she led supply chain and procurement transformation projects for companies in the CPG, Retail, Industrial, Financial Services and Technology industries. Notable clients include Starbucks, Best Buy, SunTrust Bank, Caterpillar, and Rockwell Collins. She began her career with PepsiCo in various positions within their Supply Chain organization.
Alison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She serves on the board of I Beat A.L.L., a nonprofit benefiting children in the Atlanta area. < Read less
